The Ministry of Education in 2006 granted subsidies ranging from NT$15 million (EUR$335,100; USD$454,500)to NT$100 million (EUR$1,899,000; USD$2,575,700) to thirty colleges and professional schools to help them expand their facilities, increase practical courses, and improve their teaching quality in 2006, the “Forward to Excellence” program of National Hsinchu University of Education (NHCUE), was part of this Teaching Excellence Project, and the Dalcroze Teachers’ Training program was the only selection of the Music Department in this program. The principal coordinator is Bu-Kuang Yang , Chairman of the Music Department. I am the co-PC of the Dalcroze Teachers’ Training program, and the DST is the co-PC unit.
In 2009, I became to be the co-director of the 【Music Teaching Skills Certification Program】, the Ministry of Education Program to Encourage University Teaching Excellence-”Forward to Excellence” Department of music, National Hsinchu University of Education.
